Hi!

I'm using an issue collector and now I'm trying to make it better by sending an auto-reply to the person that created the issue via the collector.  (Essentially I'm trying to use JETI for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34125 )

But, I can't seem to get it to work...

Is this possible to get it to work without having our users turn on "Notify me of changes"?

Hi Nathan,

this has recently become possible. If you set up JETI notifications, you can specify to ignore the "My changes" setting.

Just turn on the "Always notifify recipients".
