Upgrading Universal Plugin Manager

We are planning to upgrade JIRA from v5.0 to v5.1.7. When I did the JIRA Upgrade Check, it lists Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager - Plugin License Storage plugin as an Unknown plugin. The documentation for upgrading UPM says there will be a banner indicating that a new version is available. However, I do not see such a banner. How do I upgrade this plugin? The version information is below.

Hi Doug,

There should be a Update button next to UPM at the list of system plugins on the Plugins screen on JIRA.

If the update button is not displayed, you can download the .jar file here and upload the new version on the Plugins screen.
