I'm converting from moinmoin to Confluence 4.2. The export seems to go find, but the conversion fails with little explanation. There are some errors about skipped pages, but the real problem appears to be related to the Home page. I created an empty space for the import and added one child page to it and UWC cannot find the child page and it seems to try to recreate the Home page.
Any suggestions?

UWC isn't compatible with Confluence 4.x.
Instead, export your moinmoin wiki to Confluence 3.5 then upgrade to Confluence 4.x afterwards.
Thanks. This confirms the conclusion I was drawing. Since I don't have 3.5 anymore, I was going to try converting the temporary markdown output of uwc (under output/output) into valid HTML and then import those files directly into Confluence.
