Unable to update existing issues via CSV import

G'day there, your documentation says that from V4.3 on, existing issues can be updated via the importer. All that is required is that we include a key in the CSV that can be mapped to Issue ID. Problem is that Issue ID is not presented to me as a field I can map to unless I map to the Issue ID field under the Sub-tasks section.

Either way, JIRA does not update existing issues; it just recreates them as new ones.

The document states versoni 4.3, but that would be version 4.3 of the JIRA Importers Plugin. That version of the plugin is only compatible start with JIRA 5. Were you JIRA 4.3?

Once you're able to load up a newer version of the plugin, you should be able to see the issue key field.
