Unable to start Fisheye

Installed Fisheye for the first time. After running the start.bat script, no output appears in the console and can't connect to the server at localhost:8060. This happened on a 32-bit Windows XP system and a 64-bit Windows 7 system. Latest version of Java JDK is installed.

I was able to fix this by setting environment variable FISHEYE_OPTS=-Xms128m -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m.
