Trello email notifications not recieved after change mail server

Hi after changing our mail to new hosting provider - (Same MX but different server) two of my colleagues stopped recieving Trello notifications from a shared board we use. However, I still recieve them.

Trying to re-enable these in Trello board settings doesn't seem to have any effect. We've looked in spam folders, etc. Hard to know where to go next with this. Any suggestions/ideas?

Hey Rob!

Check out http://help.trello.com/article/740-notifications-are-not-working, specifically sending the test email section.  Additionally, there's a few email addresses here that you can add to your senders list.  Hopefully this will get your coworker fixed up. If not, please have them submit a help ticket :)
