Time accounting function in JIRA Service Desk ?

Good afternoon all,

I'm very interested in using JIRA Service Desk. On YouTube and this site I've searched for the time accounting function to register time for each (internal/external) response. I can't find it. Anyone who can help me on this question?

Hello Peter,
Did you take a look in the JSD SLA metrics? You can set SLA's for first response and other ones related to your preferences. Please, take a look into the following link:
