Hello, I have no idea. I am looking for help with PocketSword and the best option that was presented to me was this set of sites.

i cannot see how else to get hold of Nic Carter for help.

You've been badly misdirected from what I can see. I can't find any reference to Atlassian and Pocketsword. I suggest you go to the Pocketsword support forum - the first link I get on google refers you to a pocketsword forum (not an Atlassian product at all) for support, so I've no idea why you've landed here.
