Hi Nic,

We basically want to be able to use Gmail for the calander and the meetings to be placed into Tempo.

ie I can invite a resource to a meeting in Gmail and this will then be communicated in Jira

Ah, ok. Tempo doesn't do that natively, and I'm not aware of any addons that would help much.

However, I've seen google calendar entries create Jira issues so people can then log time against them in Tempo - that was done with Zapier, I think it was one of the demos here - https://zapier.com/zapbook/google-calendar/jira/
