Successful & Failed Resolution & Response Time count report for all users

I want to have a report includes all numbers of successful & failed Resolution & Reponse time in SLAs for for all users.

I assume you mean in Jira, but you haven't told us if you have the Service Desk installed (and if not, then how are you doing SLAs?)

Yes, we have Service Desk installed.

Currently I use Report in SLAs like this for all users. But the problem is I can't export to excel file.

Do you have any better solution? Thanks.
