Story Map Issue - Add-on Agile StoryMap is not responding. Wait or cancel?

I have trail version JIRA onDemand, installe Story Map plugin (trail).

Going in the menu "Story Map" - show the pade Add-in plugin... then install proposed story-map.jar.

In add-in section have "story map" plugin enable.

But finally have the answer : Add-on Agile StoryMap is not responding. Wait or cancel?

How can I fix the issue to start use "Stroy Map" ? Many thanks in advance.

Hey Katerina,

Rather than enable / disable, you should uninstall the plugin from the add-ons page in OnDemand (you might need to stop the trial first if you're evaluating). Then once you've uninstalled it, you'll be able to install the add-on again - this should fix the problem.

Good Evening, If any one can answer.... I really need the story map working.

Tried "activated - desactived" trial, tried "enable - disable"..... still cannot fis the issue.

Will appreciate a reaction.
