When a customer is part of an organisation and they raise an email request for support the organisation is receiving a notifiication as well. I dont want this. I only need the requester to get the notification. How do I enable this to happen?
In the Customer notifications under project settings, you can configure if customers will receive a notification when a request is shared with the organisation (Under default rules, Organization added).
