Stash 2.1.1 unable to upgrade

Running a 2.0.0 Stash with no problem, no plugin, no modifications to my knowledge, SQL as external database

When upgrading to 2.1.1 i get

The following problem occurred which prevents Atlassian Stash from starting correctly:

The Spring WebApplicationContext could not be started

When downgrading after this problem back to 2.0.0 everything works fine...

Windows 2012 Server

Any ideas?
