As we would like to build a scripted package for silent Installation under Windows. How is it possible with the newest version of SourceTree to run a silent installation and have it not installed in the user profile but in the Program Files folder ?

Hello! We're currently working on a release of Sourcetree that includes features like this for enterprise. It will be part of the 2.5 release which will be released to our beta testers soon. If you'd like to beta-test (or provide feature requests), then I'd recommend joining the beta forums.
