Simple graphing question

kjohnston71 May 19, 2014

I would like to create a dashboard graph showing the number of issues matching certain criteria over time. I can't seem to find a way to do this.

I am using an on-demand Atlassian instance, not a locallly installed server.

I am not aware of any free solution. Closest think you can try using two dimensional filter statistics and show the data in a table format.

If you want to show number of issues created and resolved, you can use created vs resolved chart.

If you are happy with horizontal graph try issue statistics. You can also try barchart plugin in Jira.

Issue statistics just shows a snapshot in time. I'd like to see the number of issues matching the filter each day. Looks like the bar chart doesn't work with Atlassian on-demand, so I can't use that. I should have specified I am using an on-demand instance.
