Sharing Users

Carl Howarth February 1, 2012

We have Ondemand Jira and confluence set up:

controlf1.atlassian.net

cf1-confluence.atlassian.net

Is there a way to share some users between the two systems?

Thanks, Carl

Hello Carl,

Sharing users between OnDemand instances is not possible. However, you could achieve this easily by subscribing for JIRA and Confluence together in one OnDemand. eg: JIRA and Confluence in control1.atlassian.net

As you have already JIRA OnDemand, just subscribe for Confluence in OnDemand via MAC (https://my.atlassian.com ) to add it to your current JIRA OnDemand. Once that is settled, proceed with the import of your Confluence instance (cf1-confluence.atlassian.net) data to the newly subscribed Confluence OnDemand instance in controlf1.atlassian.net . So JIRA and Confluence users will share the users.

Hope that clarifies your question.

Cheers,
