Setup jira email server for "Creating Issues and Comments from Email"

Team, We are not able to use our company email server due to security issues or Gmail. Can we use default Jira mail server for this functionality - Creating Issues and Comments from Email?

JIRA doesn't have a built-in email server. You will need to have an email server setup and have that set in JIRA for the feature you require to work.
