I try to find a solution to set different defaults in an issue. We are dealing with requests, and I want each user (=employee) to have the issue (=request) customized to the user. Is it possible to give each user a distinct issue type? Or do I have to create one component per user?
Giving each user a unique issue type would seem like a very bad idea. how many users? what if it grows and you end up with 1000s of users, 1000s of issue types. The create issue menu would be unusable.
It really depends on what you're trying to customize
