I have configured both JIRA and Zendesk according to the instructions here: https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20560907-setting-up-and-using-zendesk-with-jira
The integration works JIRA -> Zendesk but not Zendesk <- Jira.
When I go to Cloud Diagnostics in JIRA I can see that Jira is getting new tickets from Zendesk (see below), but a JIRA issue is not being created. Since the connection is successful, it seems that the issue is on the JIRA side.

Have you set the field mapping Direction to be Bi-directional?
