Could I use this tool (Box JIRA to Salesforce Plugin)?
The version accepts Jira on demand?

Saabox is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.saabox.plugins.jiracase - correct?

Saabox is not compatible with OnDemand. The list of available plugins for OnDemand is - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy

If you will need Saabox deployed, you will need to install your own or get a 3rd party instance of JIRA hosted. If you need a hosted JIRA solution, feel free to contact us :)
