You can use the import tool in admin panel which is bundled with JIRA. There you can import your test cases and requirements using CSV files.

Thank you Mathias, I am the Sr. Systems Analyst and have been tasked with finding ways to improve upon our QA process and this one was the most important requirement that I was tasked with.

Have a great day!

Can I use this with the free version?

Hi Mathias, we are using

o JIRA(v5.0.2#725-sha1:5735107)

Can we still import using this version?

Yes, you can use it in your version.

And here you have a list of the issue trackers that already have a built-in migration:

Ramiro, Can I use this with the free version?

Thank you too Ramiro!

Yes Sandra, if I'm not wrong this Jira importer comes integrated with Jira. Altought I don't know what you mean with Free Version.
