If you want the Component term in the GUI to change, please use the In-Product Translation plugin. Please do be aware that this is a beta plugin, and as such is not formally supported.

It works but couldn't set the access to a project.

You will need project admin permissions to edit component details.

Once you have the permissions, you can follow steps mentioned in this link
