Remote issue linking in JIRA on demand

I am trying to enable linking to a different instance of JIRA. How do I set this up on JIRA on demand?

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately I don't think you can use Remote Links with OnDemand because Application Links are one of the restricted functions (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand#RestrictedFunctionsinAtlassianOnDemand-JIRA) that you're not able to configure.

Though it might be worth using the "Poke Atlassian" button on this question to get an official response and/or log a support ticket in the OnDemand project at http://support.atlassian.com
