Refresh doesn't work on Projects Gadget

Hi All,

many of our users complain that the refresh button on Projects Gadget doesn't work: they update time log in a different tab and they get back to the Dashboard and click on the Refresh button - nothing happen.

Is it connection with the Refresh Interval in the Edit mode??

Hi Rumi,

The project gadget is not showing the time log without any customization. If you set the information level to detail, it should show you the project name, team lead and number of issue.....

For the time log, Greenhopper is a better choice for it as it is built for.

If the filter is set to "All Project" then create a new project, does the refresh let you to show the new project?

It could be a index issue, maybe you can try to rebuild the index.

Hi MOMO,

I tested it with your suggestion and it works fine: the new project appeared after refresh.

What can be the problem? Is that happen that some fields doesn't refresh? They said the time log wasn't refreshed.

What does rebuild index mean? Reindex?
