Recently imported and working spaces are now non-existent?

Recently imported eight spaces.

Now after messing with and eventually fixing login permissions, all but one of the spaces is not visible from the home page.

If I go to Administration->Wiki->Space Permissions, I see all of the spaces. However, if I click Manage Permissions it tells me the page is not found.

Any help would be appreciated.

In case we are hosting this instance, I would suggest to raise a support ticket through SAC for us to have a closer look into it.
