RapidBoard with SubTasks

Julian Finn August 5, 2012

Hi there,

now i'm trying to use Greenhopper in a scrum environment.

I would like to create issues and have them split into sub-tasks to finely fit them into chunks of work that can be done within the maximum of one day.

Unfortunately i cannot find those sub-tasks within the RapidBoard. What am I doing wrong?

Is it actually possible to have a large issue that might stretch over several days or weeks (large feature request) and work on its subtasks in several different sprints, while still tracking volatility and progress in a useful manner?

If you have any links and resources how to do this i'd be glad to follow these, too.

Best,

Julian

Hi,

The first thing, you should carefully read is the GreenHopper guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/GreenHopper+101

the user's guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/GreenHopper+User%27s+Guide

and maybe the administrator's guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/GreenHopper+Administrator%27s+Guide

Cheers

Thomas
