Is there a provision to Create or upload the created Test Cases in JIRA and link them to the defects created or log defects against those test cases which are automatically assigned a defect/issue Number and treated as an individual defect

You seem to be new and asking a lot of questions that are answered by the existing documentation - may I draw your attention to the "search" box at the top right of Atlassian's Confluence installation? I know search in Confluence is not the best search in the world, but it does work well enough for 2/3rds of the questions you've asked today.
