In that table stores the "Project Permissions" where the the user or Groups for each project?

As a start you need to join the tables SCHEMEPERMISSION with PERMISSIONSCHEME on SCHEME and ID.

Depending on PERMTYPE you need to join with other tables CWD_USER, CWD_GROUPS and PROJECTROLE. The tricky part is to get the project added
