Problems upgrading

I upgraded to the latest and when I launch I get the "Log in to you Atlassian account" screen. When I click the "use existing account button". I'm presented with a blank dialog. There are no fields for username and password.

This widget could not be displayed.

Upgraded what?  And what does the log file say?
