Problem with configuring jira for working over https.

I follow the manual https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Running+JIRA+over+SSL+or+HTTPS. And have problem on step 3. Configuring your web server using the JIRA configuration tool. Instead of tab page showed in the manual I see very simple dialog with two edit boxes. See attached file, Could you please advice me anything.

In other aspects Jira works fine.

That documentation is actually referring to JIRA 5.2, which is now available on our early access program, http://atlassian.com/software/jira/download-eap. Please note that this is not a final release.
