Problem to install Confluence on Windows Server 2008

I have problem to install atlassian-confluence-4.3.6-x64 on Windows Server 2008.

I am stucked on the vary begining. It seems to problems with my Java.

Althouth my java seems to be installed correctly.

I have installed JDK (1.7) and JRE (7).

JAVA_HOME also seems correct.

I desided to use linux distributive. I hope it will be easier.

Installation on Linux was easy, it took 1 day to install alongside ubuntu with my XP, to install and configurate postgres and install confluence. The biggest part of time was about finding out all this stuff.

Actually problem was, when I was using windows installer. It was about ntdll.dll errors. Now I am trying to install from zip file, still in process. Cause I encounted with MS SQL Server installation problem.
