Possible to extend the User Login Session?

I noticed when I am using JIRA that I am having to re-login multiple times a day. I notice this especially when I am in administrator mode. Is it possible to extend the session so that a user logs in less frequently?

If 300 minutes is not long enough for a normal session, here is the information for changing that session timeout value.
