Is there a way to group multiple projects to clients without using labels or misusing epics for this?

Is there a way to create timings per project meaning that the total user story estimates can be plotted out retro-actively from a deadline, taken into acount full or partial capacity (available resource hours vs sprint planning hours)?

For the first request, I think you can change the filter inside of the rapide board to make it happen, but be aware that you need to be sure that the same project should not appear on two different rapid board.

For the second question, it is currently not possible as GH counting forward not backward, which means that we log time to to archive the objectif not discounter time from the deadline. Maybe you can raise a feature request on https://jira.atlassian.com with Greenhopper to share your idea.
