Open Redirect vulnerabilities for Jira 4.4.4

In this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+Security+Advisory+2012-08-28 there are patches available for JIRA 4.3.4, 4.4.5 and 5.0.6, but not have patche for version 4.4.4. We use Jira 4.4.4 We recently upgraded our Jira to version 4.4.4. So we cannot do another upgrade so soon. Is there any patch for the version 4.4.4 ? How do I keep my system secure this bug?

Hi, Atlassian usually only provide patches for the latest dot version of any major/minor release and this is 4.4.5 in this case. You will have to at least upgrade to 4.4.5 to patch. 4.4.4 to 4.4.5 should be very minor as well.
