Not able to set Project Template

I am not able to update the project template from default to Scrum under GreenHooper link in project configuration. It mentions the changes are automatically saved, but it is not saving the update. I also tried setting up scheme for GreenHopper Scrum Issue Type Scheme, but still I am not getting fields pertaining (story points, ranking, etc.,) to scrum template. Please note I am using OnDemand service. Help required to resolve this. Appreciate early solution.

I am able change the project template.

Navigate to Agile->Planning Board, select Configuration from Tools menu item. You can set the project template to scrum there. It works!
