No more JIRA tasks in GreenHopper boards

Signed up for JIRA + GreenHopper OnDemand trial today. Everything looked fine while working with test tasks.

After adjusting some configs (mostly hiding some fields from default screen)

and adding some real tasks, nothing show up on the GreenHopper/Agile part of the application anymore. Tried to revert some settings to no avail.

Any tips?

I was informed by support that the "Fix Version/s" must be used for GreenHopper to work.

I have the same problem - no issues of any kind showing on my task/planning boards, filters have no affect.

I would check to see if you have "Only My Issues" activated on the task board. If you do and the tasks aren't assigned to you, you won't see them. On a similar note, make sure you're looking at the right version on the various boards.

None of the options in the header section of the board view seem to have any effect.
