No Projects/Story available in Zendesk Harvest App

We got the connection to work, but the App is unable to pull any project and story information from Jira.

The two drop-down fiels both show 'Please choose' with no data in their lists.

Which project should this go to?

Please choose

What type of story should this be?

Please choose

This might be just a permissionin problem. Does the Zendesk user need any permissions? It seems taht rather the registered Jira user is used for all communication between the Zendesk App and Jira. Can you name the permissions required for that user to see the projects and stories and also be able to update the Jira issue through Zendesk?

I'm having the same issue....

The connection test was successful, the mappings are correct, there's a default reporter.

The JIRA app is installed in zendesk, the sharing shows JIRA @ http://ipaddress but the project/story selectors are empty...

Can anyone help on this?
