Next/Back Navigation in Conflunce 4.0.x

Is there a way to automatically add a "next" and "back" link to pages? Even if it only went inbetween sibling pages. I saw that there used to be a navigation plugin but it doesn't seem to work with Confluence 4.

Ideally I'd like to be able to traverse a tree in a space from start to finish by continually clicking the "next" button and to not have to hand write links on the bottom of every page even if they were reorganized or things were inserted or removed.
