First, I hate that the login to your account is not longer on the main page, but buried several clicks under support - Keep it simple. Second, all I want to do is review the products that I have licensed, and no get a 101 help desk answers on licensing but can't find my account profile!!!!!!
If this is Service Desk at its best, count me out.
I believe you're trying to view your products from our technical support portal (getsupport.atlassian.com)? The actual place to see your Atlassian products is from your MyAtlassian (my.atlassian.com) account, simply log in with your Atlassian ID credentials.
