Right now we have an email with an emoji in the subject that has brought down our entire email channel so no tickets are able to come in from our inboxes.
Deleting the email from the inbox has not stopped Jira from trying to create a ticket from this email, so it's just spitting out errors constantly and getting nowhere. I need to remove this email from the queue but I don't know where it's queued up or how to clear it. Where is this?
