Need support in changing the authentication from CROWD to LDAP

Hi Team ,

We are currently using jira 4.4.3 version with crowd(2.6.5) authentication , we need to change CROWD authentication to LDAP , Please help us .

Hi Santhish, 

If both your Crowd and LDAP has all the same user base, you can simply add an external directory, LDAP on Users Directories and then disable Crowd to test if any of the users are able to log in. If  both Crowd and LDAP does not have the same user base, I'm afraid that you would need to manually add each users into the LDAP server and then only you add as a User Directory in JIRA.
