I added the Time in status Plugin to my Jira dashboard, and i really need to export the results to excel for reporting purposes.
I tried ading Time in statues field to my filter, but it just does not appear on the report.
Basically i need to know how much time did tickets stay in X status ?
Does anyone know how to do the JQL query in order to get this information? Is there any other way of getting this information?

Still haven't found a solution for OnDemand products. Nearest thing is getting a script to update the field, but I can't get the plugin for OnDemand.
Our SM really wants to be able to do his own burndowns and view it by issue.
