Migrating from Lotus-Teamroom to ClearQuest

I need to migrate all the existing documents of my project from Teamroom to clear quest, in the Team room i have 100 categories which consist of several documents under each Category ,

i need clearence whether it is possible to shift to Clearquest from Team room and is it possible to export all the documents from teamroom to Clear quest.

can someboy answer this query ?

First, I'd recommend Jira/Confluence instead of Clearquest

Secondly, this question appears to have nothing to do with Atlassian products. Could you explain?
