Mention does not send Mails

Deleted user May 15, 2017

Within confluence, the user will not receive Mails when mention him with @Username. The Mailserver is configures correctly, the mention plugin is active and mails of changes within confluence pages are send as well.

So why does our users did not get any mention mails? :)
