Hi,

I need to send a email notification apart from current assignee and reporter, to one or multiple users, or one or multiple groups about the status of the ticket while creating or updating the ticket.

for this i have already created a group field and create a notification to those groups.

However i could not able to select multiple groups or users.

Could you please help us on this.

Sounds like you've chosen a "group picker" field, and you need a "multi group picker". Similarly, with users, there's a single-select and a multiple. Check the field types you have added.

You may want to describe clearly what do you meant by not able to select multiple groups or users.

At which section you're unable to select those groups or users?
