I have a project set up with a mail service that creates new tickets via e-mail. The leader of the project wants to set certain parameters dynamicly, like Issue Type, Assignee, etc. I've gone through the User Manual in hopes of finding it, but have yet to. Right now it is set to use a specific issue type and assignee. Is there away to add parameters to a submitted e-mail that will set these based on their input?
