Hi,
We are using the On-Demand service in conjunction with Tempo.
Tempo does not allow to log work on an issue related to a closed account which is the right thing to do.
Jira presents its own log work link and form in parallel to Tempo. It turns out that users are allowed to log work on an issue related to closed account through this Jira Log Work form.
Obviously this is a behavioral gap between Jira and Tempo (where Jira should behave similarly to Tempo).
We tried to disable the link but with no luck (please check this post)
What is your recommendation on this matter?
Thanks.
Hi,
I just wanted to add to Sverrir's answer that we are looking into solutions to this. Hopefully with help from Atlassian.
Best,

Hi
We are aware of the importance to resolve this issue for JIRA OnDemand users as it is not possible to disable the log work module as explained in the article.
Please vote for this issue in the JRA project.
Hopefully someone from Atlassian will post an answer here and inform the status of this request.
