I have created custom JIRA statuses (On Hold, Pending Third Party Support) and would like to have these listed as a resolution of On Hold or Pending Third Party Support. How can I link the status and resolution together?
What you can do is that when issues are transitioned into those status, use the transition's post function to set the value of the Resolution field.
Note that the Resolution field is used to define the issue as "Resolved".
