License Upgrade to 2000 user

We would like upgrade our license (500 users) to a licenese 2000 user.

But the link doesn't work. It is impossible upgrade the license by this way.

• is this download or OnDemand?
• When was the the license purchased initially?
• Is maintainance still available?
