LDAP Syncronization failing. AD authentication is not working in Atlassian Confluence at Mackay Shields LLC

Receive below errors when testing remote directory connection from within Confluence:

Test get group members. : Failed

Failed to parse distinguished name

Test user can authenticate : Failed

Write operations are not allowed in read-only mode (FlushMode.NEVER): Turn your Session into FlushMode.AUTO or remove 'readOnly' marker from transaction definition.

Hey Greg,

Can you try synchronizing the directory first, and note that the user is created before testing the connection?
